Cam sighed and looked away "Yeah thats right, ignore the tattooed Circus freak, That's whateveryone else does"

"I'm not ignoring you, i waiting for you to decide i'm not worth it and wander off." mumbled Danger, looking away from the boy. "and your not teh only one with tattoes, i just cant take my shirt of like you can." she mumbled even quiter, making sure he couldn't hear teh last part.

Cam Growled and truned to Face her "You know what?! The only reason I'd walk away from you is you seem like you're one of these people who think's only THEY have problems!" he snapped "And besides" he said turning away "I think I win on the amount of Tattoos front"

'yeah well you dont burst into a big wolf every now and again do you?!' her brain screamed at him. "Thats kinda obviose with the tattoes. i only have them on my back and hips." she admitted quitely, wondering why she was telling this stranger when even her mother doesn't know about her tattoes.

"Nice" said Cam "Most of mine are just meaningless Designs, I have thenm Over my cest and Arms, Up the back of My neck, And a dragon on one leg" ghe said. for somereason His brain was randomly likening her to Deryck.

Danger didnt comment, not wanting to tell him what her tattoes where about. She looked at her map instead.

CAm walked up to the common room door. It had several Pictures on it along with a short sign which read:

Anyone caught in here who is NOT in The houdini house will be forced to sit through an hour of first year performances and then made to run round the lake until they faint or puke. Whichever comes first :)

Danger blinked a couple of times then looked at Cam. "err...wut?"

"Unspoken rule" grinned Cam "We're in Houdini House, But there are four other houses. You're not allowed in another houses common room without permission frpom the head." he explained "There's ALOAD of rules here, I'll explain as you go along" he said, Pulling out a key and Opening the door "WIll you peeps stop Locking this" he said As he came in.

Deryck psun the chair he was lying on round "Hey Cam!" he called across.

Cam Grinned and walked over, He High fived his best friend before siting down "How did your meeting with Angel Go?"

Danger looked around before sitting in teh corner, trying not to be noticed.

"Yes, how hot wa shot-on-legs today?" asked Gean, not really concentrating on teh converstaion.

"Hawt as ever" Grinned Deryck, He Grunted "Here, get Me a coke will you Cam? The machine in heres out of em" he said lazily

Cam frowned "Why do I have to?" he said

"Because Your a drummer and its the only Job your IQ Suits" yDrawled Deryck boredly.

Cam Grunted and Snatched some change off the table "I'm not the one being endlessly amused by the spinny chair" he pointed out, But headed out of the common room anyway, He passed by Danger and looked at er "You wanna come for a walk? I can show you around. And let mister 'Im a guitarist so I can give orders' over theres Coke get warm"

Danger glanced at the boys who were now laughong at soem joke. She nodded, standing up.

am opened the door And held it for her until she came out he then shu it and started down the corridor "hat" hre said, Gesturing out of teh iwindow "Are the gorunds obviouslt. Theres teh sports feilds which are more oftenused for the school concerts, down here is teh first drama hall" he said, Passing through amassive victtorian looking hall with and arched roof and polished floors. There was an elborate stage at one end which Cam drummedon lightly with one hand as he walked past it. They walked into a second corriedor and Cam paused to get a coke out of the machine, Then changed his mind and kept walking "Through here Iare the private rooms" he said, Walking pas several doors wuith names on them "There or the peeps whpo don't wanna sleep in the dorms and their parents can pay for a room" he said, Looking kinda annoyed "These" he said, Walking into a square area with about 8 doors "Are the communal bad rooms, The private ones are through their" he said, gesturing toi a corridor off to one side "Derycks folks paid for one so We spend most of our time down their" he said he walked down the next corridor "These are the main offices. This is where you pay your term fees, Apply for A town pass or Come to get permission to go out of school. You also have to come here if you' want to miss a class. it is allowed but not advised"

Danger nodded, trying to remember where everything is. She kept up with Cams long strides easily.

Cam Kept walking, but a noticeable limp was developing in his left leg. They passed through another hall and he paused "This is the main music ahll"

Danger looked around the hall. "Jesus." she said. The place was HUGE!

Cam fgrinned and Leant on a wall for support "This bit's been rebuilt twice, It was hit by three bombs in world war two, the first one didn''t do ANYTHING cuz it doidn't go off. It's in that Cabinet over tehre" he said, nodding to a glass Canbinet"

Danger nodded but wasn'tlistening. "you alright?" she asked.

Cam chuckled "This? COmpletely my fault. Had a concert back in April, I wasn't looking as we came off stage and A Tripped on teh steps. Landed awkwardly and broke it in three places, The pins are still holding it togetehr"

Danger grimaced. "I've broke my legs before, but i tripped over my sisters foot and landed in my drum kit. Never been able yto afford a new one." she grumbled rmemebering.

Cam chuckled "Mine was my uncles wo bought it second hand" he said "But then, My familys Dirt poor, I'm only here on a scholarship"

danger nodded. She walked down teh music hall looking at the varios instument against teh walls.

Cam watched her "We should move on" he said,Glancing at his watch "We're meant to be bakc in the common room by six, And it's half 5 now." he said.

Danger nodded, looking at a drum kit that on a market, could fetch for at leats a thousand pounds. she sighed wistfully before going back over to Cam.

Cam started down the hall "This is The dining room" he said. the tables were set out in five sepaerate groups Came pointed to each in turn "Preps and Dancers, Punks and Goths, Drama students, Classical students, Freaks and otehrs" he said "I sit at the last one, Both my band mates can sit at any of them" he said Almost bitterly "Which do you think you;;ll fit into?"
