Zach looked at her, His eyes burning with anger...and something else.

Dayla stared back. She reached out and touched him gently on the cheek. Anger bubbled inside her. She turned to look at her father. "You have dishonored our pack. You have struck out when it is not necessary and have took advantage of your status. You are always going on about what makes a good leader, and striking your pack and family was never going to make you a good leader. Now. Let go of Tunny." said Dayla in a vioce that said if you disobey, you will suffer the consequences. The vioce was truly chilling.

Jace met Daylingtons eyes and noticed a strength there that he'd never seen brought on in his child before "Get off him" he ordered.

Tunny scrambled to his paws.

"good bye Father. I'll see you at sunset." said Dayla stonily. She turned and walked back up the hill. When she got up tehre, she tranformed and ran into teh forest. She could hear both tunny and Zach behind her.

Tunny limped muttering.

As spoon as tehy neared teh trees Dayla tranformed and span on her heel, face to face with tunny. The look in her eyes and her vioce hadn''t changed a bit. "Tunny, you dare, EVER go in these woods asgain when you are not checking for scent markers i will not come and save you, especially if it means your brother gets hurt. Am i clear?"

Zach cane up, rubing blood away from his mouth "I'm fine"he muttered.

Tunny whinced "Sorry"

Dayla w2alked over to Zach. Her anger replaced by worry. "No your not. My father likes to dip his claws in venom every now and again. It's a venom he made himself...and theres only one way to cure it."

"Whats that?"

"erm.....well, first i have to clean it. Come into the house." said Dayla. She walked into the house and down the hall till she reached teh bathroom. Then she got a bowl of hot water and a dish cloth.

Zach sat down.

Dayla came over and sat infront of him. She leant forward and gently wiped away the blood and anything else taht was in teh wound.

Zach clenched his jaw to stop himself crying out.

"I'm so so sorry." Dayla whispered softly.

"Not your fault" he said quietly.

"I should have never brought you down tehre." said Dayla, her vioce still soft as she tried to get the germs and blood out with out hurting him.

"If i hadn't told you you wouldn't have come. I guess, well, i guess i wanted some back up. I hate being near my father never mind confronting him." said dayla so quietly it was barly audioable. She looked down at her lap, averting her eyes from his

"What is it?" he asked.

Dayla went pout and came back with a knife. She sat down and lifted up part of her trouser to reviel her shin. Then she placed the knife aginst her skin. "the blood of a family member." said Dayla.

"No! No You can't do that!" stammered Zach.

Dayla lifted her gaze to meet Zachs. "Why not?"
