Zach wrote on his hand

The bell went, and Christmas stood up and got her bag, before trailing out of teh classroom, not her usual jolly stroll.

Zach went out with a sigh and wnet to their next class.

Dayla went out of class and fgollowed Christmas, glaring at any body wo so much as glanced at her. Wjhen they got to there next class Dayla sayt down and stared out teh wiondow again.

"Here." sad Christmas lifelessly.

There was a knock ont eh door and a teacher stepped in "Miss Muforest?"

Dayla gkanced up. She stood. "Yes sir?"

"Your mothers here, you need to go to reception"

"She....she is?"Dayla blinked and went down to reception.

Rain looked up,She had two black eye, CUts acrosher face that had required stitches and one arm in plaster. She gestured Dayla over as she cam through.

Dayla went over. "Mom?"

Rain gave her a oe armed hug "I' so soryr Dayla, But I'm leaving your father, And I need to know whether your staying or oming with me?"

"m-m-mom?!" said Dayla in shcok.

Rain Looked at her Daughter "I'm sorry Dayla But I can't take his abuyse anymore I've tried for your sake, Everyone looksdown on a pup without a father, But I cant do it"

"Mom....." said Dasyla, her mind walking into over drive. She could be a normal person. Ha ve a house and go home every night to a happy home. To actually live in a house. To be able to go to school and be normal, not walk in ever couple of weeks with a new injurie. To be able tpo go out with guys...... For soem reaqqson, Zach popped into her head. Dayla felt dizzy.

Rain pulled her into a hug (Or the best she could do with a broken arm) and waited for a reply.

"Mom....i have soime bussness here taht i need to finish. I cant leave yet." she said looking up at her mother.

"We're not leaving town" she promised "They've set me up with a place to stay, And you can coem straight back here once you;ve seen it"

"We'd stay here?!" said Dayla in surprise and happyness.

"Of course" Promised Rain "I'm not making you leave your school and friends behind because of HIM, That bastards done enough to wreck our lives"

"Mom." Dayla gave her mum a hug.

Rain hugged ehr back "I love you"

Rain smiled "So...Do you want to see the house? It's not much but, Y'kno, Since we don;t have much... And anyway, I've got quite alot of monet saved up that your father doesnt have access to so we can go shopping on Saturday, And I'll start looking for a job. I've got it all sported"
