Mikey stopped and turned around. "You look pretty." he said, slightly suprised tone in his vioce

"I look disgusting. That's the point, if I still look pretty I haven't done enough"

"Sorry Lily, but i never liked how you looked before. You were too neat too...perfect. But even then you were pretty. In my eyes, you'll always be pretty Lily, no matter ow disgusting you get. But dont worry, i wont do anyhting." said Mikey. His vioce was quiet and soft. Reassuring. He stayed a bit away from the door, not making and way to get nearer to her.

Lilly took another step back to make sure she was safely in the house "How can you till find this pretty?" she asked "I don't want ANYONE to think I look good in any way"

"I dont care how you look. Your personalitys pretty. And that shines through."

"I don;t care" siaid Lilly "I want to be ugly inside and out, I don;t want anyone to fin me attractive"

Mikey sighed. "One day you'll want to get close to some one. What you felt wasnt how it was supposed to be Lilly. Its supposed to be magical. The best part of your teenage hood. Dont push people away Lil." he said, making up a nickname for her. "Not every one will hurt you. "

"It's wrong and disgusting, And it will enever be the best part of my teenage years because I'll never get it back. I'll never want ANYONE like that"

Mikey suddenly truned and kicked a neaby trashcan. It went skidding across the drive way and made a huge clang as it hit a wall. He sat down where he was his head in his hands. "Sorry.."he mumbled.

Lilly flinched "What was that about"

"I'm just so...ANGREY! teh stupid motehr fucker who did this to you! Your a beautiful young girl. You should be looking for a guy hwo you trust enough to get that close too, not fucking shieing away from them! It kills me that you'll never feel whats its like to hodl some one you love and know that they love you back! To feel safe, and loved unconditionally. You deserve a guy who would give you flowers, who would wait for you no matter what!"

"yes! If i loved a girl, i'd do anything for her. If she wanted ice, i'd go to the top of mount everest to get it if i had to. If to wanted to be hugged and just held close, tahts what i would do, no matter what i was feeling. I'd stop when she said so. I'd buy her girfts for her all year round, not just on her borthday or on christmas. I dotn believe in Valentines day, i think you should show you rlove all year. and thats what i would do.
