"Snickerdoodle, i think." said Dayla, making a horrid face taht any mother would be disapointed for her daughter to do. She washed ehr mouth with some water taht zach had given her before tasting the last one.

Zach nodded "Aquired taste I suppose" he said.

dayla smiled. "that one was ok, but i think i perfer the cookie. " She said picking up teh rest of teh cookie and bitting it. "so, what is your type then?" she asked suddenly remembering something Zach had said.

"Wait, what?" said Zach "That wasn't random at all"

"sorry. You just said that none of teh girls you went out with in Chicago where your type, so i was wondering what was your type."

"Eh, The rough and tumbkle type, But apart from that OI'm retty typical. I liek em tall blonde and thin."

Dayla grinned. "Typical boy." she said. "I dotn really have a type...." she mused. "I've enver been on a date ether. Though many men have tried. I dotn want a mate." she said, sighing andlooking at teh cabanates just over zachs shoulder.

"Want to stay single and fun" grinned Zach "Same philosophy here, 'cept mine includes the words live fast die young I never want to be one of the old people you see hobbling around and yelling at kids on tehre lawn" he laughed.

Dayla smiled sadly at him. "Not what i was thinking of... And its less teh fact of whether or not i want a mate, its more a fact of i CAN'T have a mate."

"Sorry, can't tell you. Pack thing." said Dayla, like she was sick of anything to do with pack and there rules.

"Hmph, No offencxe but Packs are kinda old faashioned" he said "I use to know another wolf back in Chicago,We had a running joke about rebellion."

"yes well, i'm in a situation where i'm not allowed to even leave the pack, and if i do, i'll be hunted and killed." said Dayla unhappily.

Dayla groaned. "I wish i was a commener. I have to take over the pack when he dies, and all because my brother decieded to kill himself. Dotn blame him now. And because i am to become alpha, i'm not allowed a mate. My father is going to choose some one worthy to make me have children to carry on teh family line, so i get pregnant and dont get sidetracked by love fantasies." she said, closing her eyes.

"Tunnifer" grunted Zach.

Dayla groaned. "What does he want?"

dayla looked at Zach surprised. "What does he want sympathy about?" she asked.
