Zach smiled slightly "pretty much" he said "But dad got a job inCHqicago so" he just shrugged

Christmas nodded. "So why'd you move down here?"

"Mom thought it'd be a new start" Shrugged Zach "And she wanted to greet us into a normal school again"

Christmas nodded. "So, where that bike?"

Zach brought up teh garage door and went in. hepulled teh dust sheet off it. There were two more bikes covered by sheets behind it. He checked thef uel gage and gave a short nod "Yep, I'm gonna have to walk down to that fuel station..>or wait till Tunny get back with the acr"

"Wait for tunny, i'd have to empty it anyway to check it." said Christmas. She went inside the house and into teh bathroom, were she took her tie off and turned her t-shirt inside out, and her jeans too. then she came uot again. "Dont want to ruin 'em." she explained before taking out a small tool kit from her bag.

Zach nodded, then grunted "Hmph, Tyres flat" he said. He Grabbed a pump after checking for punctres.

christmas looked closly at teh tyre then pulled out a nail. "That might be why." she grinned and started to loosen the decorate shield gaurds. When they were off she started to take parts of the bike of and look at them before putting them back on again.

(He just checked for punctures, He wouldn;t miss a nail.... So I',m gonna ignore that part)

"t rdoesnt need taht" said Zach raising an eyebrow "It was only hecked last week. Don;t overdo it trying to show off" he said, Starting to pump the tyre up.

"Who checked it?" asked Christmas concentrating.

"MYy brother" said Zach "Just before heis leave finished, He's a trained mechanic"

"maybe so, but he's used some crappy materials." said Christmas, pulling a valve of and looking at it. "You need new valves. and maybe a couple of cogs too." said Christmas, looking at the rusty cogs taht were sure to break any time4 now.

"Bikes don;t use cogs" said Zach raising an eyebrow "Do you acctually know ANYTHINg about bikes?"

Tunny puled into the driveway "Hoy peeps" he said coming in, he grinend at christamas "Has he done the thing where he gets all annoyed When you try to tell him anything yet?"

"Yep." Christmas sighed. "And yes they do, cogs can look like all different things, and bikes use them." she pionted to a couple. "See?" she said before standing up and putiing her stuff back in her bag. she went inside and went to teh bathrrom, turning ehr clothes around again and putting ehr tie on.

Zaxh rolled his eyes "They;re not called Cogs" he said "Stupid girl..."

Tunny chuckled And Went into the ghous,e running himself a glass of water and glancng over as Christmas came through "Hey" he said "having fun with Zach?"

"Not especially." Christmas said wearily. "Your brother does not liek people t help him." she said. "So..."

Tunny chuckled "He;'s very protective over his bike, Even if he pretends he isnt" he said. He ran a hand through his hair and gruimaced "Jesu I need a shower"

Christmas looked him up and down. "You looked fine this morning, where'd all teh grease come from?" she walked over to him studing him fron close range." and you smell of Chicken."

"No reason" said Tunny quickly "Here, after I;ve had a shower, and got changed preferably, Do you want to hang out somewhere?"

"Sure." said Christmas, still looking at him doubtfully. She knew he was hiding something from her.

Tunny smiled, He went upsrtairs and had a shower. He came bakc dowstairs in a black shirt with Dark grey jeans, Black converse And his hair stcikin up.

christmas grinned. "You look like you've just been dragged through a hedge backwards." she smiled slightly "By a pack o' wolves." she added grinning at him.

The word wolves made him jump.

Christmas blinked and looked at him curiosly. "What did i say?"

"Nothing" he said "Come on"
