Poisen smiled and stroked his cheek. "that better."

Kaien sat down again.

Poisen blinked by there sudden closeness.

"Oh, noones told Mike yet by the way"

"oh."she said looking away and taking her hand away. She had felt the sudden urge to kiss him then. She thought about Mike and what he would say if he knew she had wanted to kiss Kaien. SHe remembered teh kiss Kaien adn her had shared before she ahd gone in for the operation. She felt a shiver go up her spine. It felt really weird. She WANTED kaien. How is taht possible? SHe actually wanted her ex-husband? She knew she would always want hm sexually, but now...she wanted him. everything.

Kaien looed out the window "Melodys probably gonna wonder where I am..."

elody knows "she snapped coming through "So you wont come to hos[ital for love nor money with me but as soon as she gets hurt you have no problems with it?!"

"Meldody..."whined Poisen. "He was tehre when i fell of teh roof cos he startedled me so he called the ambulance, then the paramedics dragged him along so they could get the neccesary information. Then i almost fucking died, so i would prefer it if you didn't fucking shout thanks very much." said Poisen tiredly

"Sorry" she muttered "But for three years we've been together her refuses to even go within sight of a hospital..."

"When was theh las time in your family fell of teh roof and nearly died?" said Poisen closing her eyes. She felt guilty at seeing Meldoy. She was suppoed to be helping her, not loving her boyfriend.

Melody glared at teh floor miserably "Yu've got an appoint ment today anyay kaien" she muttered "Tey're coming to the house"

"I'm not going anywhere" said Kaien

"Kaien, you hate hospitals, why are you staying?!" said Poisen confused

"Becuse" said Kaien siply

"Kaien.." moaned Poisen

"My head fucking hurts and your making up riddles that what!"

Kaien sighed

The doctor came in and looked at the woman surprised. "Oh, hello. WHo are you?"

Poisen opened her eyes as the doctor came.

"Melody." she said curtly.

"And hwy are you here?"

"I'm his fiance" she said nodding o Kaien "And he's meant to have a mental reassesment today"

The doctr looked at the man sharply "You are not mentally sound?" he said. Normally doctors asked melody or otehr people, acting as if kaien was so mental he didn't inderstand. but this man asked kaien himself

"I'm fine" snapped Kaien

"No your not" aid Melody "he was in a mental institution for six months and refuses to take the drugs he was ordered to."
