Tristan sniffed and nodded "Thank Mrs. Rainon"

"Its okay." she pushed him so he lay down and put a blanket over him. SHe sighed and left teh room

Tunny folloed.

Hathen sighed and sat down at teh counter in teh kitchen.

"I'v never seen Tristan look so helpless" said Tunny

"you'v probably never seen him sober"

"I have! He was mostly sober while I was visitng...for about a day"

"He's been sober for a week. He's probably in pain too. ANd now his fiance may be miscarriaging. Imagine if you got Christmas pregnant, and she could miscarriage. Kill your child and it couldpotentially make Christmas very ill."

Tunnys face drained of its little remaining colour at the thought. He had to sit down.

Hathen watched him.

"Oh god, dont do that"

"I was just explaining how he was feeling. Sorry. I suppose it could have been worse. I could have said she died.."

Tunny shook hi head to rid himself of the thought.

"oh i'm sorry. I probably shouldnt describe her long and painful death were she couldnt stop screaming from pain and teh doctors could do nothing, no medcine to help her

"STOP IT"

"Why? What's it doing to you?"

"Just stop it mom!"

Hathen looked at him unblinking. "How does it make you feel?"pressed Hathen

"I can't..." said tunny, shaking with his head in his hands, in clear distress.

"Tunny? How does it make you feel?"

Tunny slapped her "SHUT UP"

Hathens breath stopped and she froze. SHe turned and stared at Tunny. "You love her eh? You love her so much, that you'd knock out he rtooth, and whne you promised her no more violence, you go out and try to kill some one, and NOW you hit your mother?" said Hathn, tears forming at teh sides of her eyes

Tunny sank back intot the chair, his face still deathly pale "Oh god, om I'm sorry"

Hathen began to cry sliently. "You own mother. You broke a promise to her. You thought only of how YOU were feeling right then. You tought of YOUR pain. ANd now you have to put up with her pain."
