Sam curled in a ball and cried.

Sam sat up and wiped her eyes. She stroked Dantes head and gave him a weak smile. "Sorry you had to see me break down like that." she whispered, her vioce hoarse.

Danted gave her a small nuzzle.

Sam smiled slighty. "Can you transform? i need a hug." she sniffed. Her eyes were red and sore, and she knew she looked a mess.

Dante transformed and hugged her.

Sam closed ehr eyes and leant on his shuolder, hugging him back. "I am sorry you had to see that. I dont believe any ones every seen my cry that much in teh past ten years."

"nothing wrong with crying" said dante

"Its is when its infront of your boyfriend, when you have just screamed at his brother and called your boyfriend a lair and a cheat." pionted out Sam.

"yeha,Ok"

Sam huggde him again and sighed. "Ugh. I'm hungrey. are you?"

"A bit" said Dante "Here, Why don;t we go into town for the afternoon? Get our minds off stuff"

Sam smiled an dnooded. "Can i go home first? i feel like a sack of dirt."

"Sure" said Dante, STannding up.

"Thanks." sam said. Shje stood up, touched the graves one more time before walking out the cememtry.

Dante walked beside her.

Sam slipped her hand into Dantes. "I'm sorry i yelled at Raven."

Dante shrugged "Raven needs spmeone to yell at him every so often"!

"Doesn't mean it has t me thpough. wish it wasn't" said sam, walking round the corner.

Dante shrugged.

"you okay? Your kinda quite." sam said, squezzing his hand.

"Eh, My whole familys been beaten up, Raped or all sorts today. I'm kinda shaken up"

"Rosy's okay. From what we know anyway." said sam.

"Hmm" said Dante but seemed distant.

Sam bit he rtingue to stop herself from asking what he was thinking of. She didn't want to invade his privacy, she would wait for him to tell her when he was ready. She walked up her path and opened her front door.

Dante went after her "Sam, You know you can always tell me anything right?"
