When teh floor was clear, Kay plugged in the hoover and began to hoover the floor.

Morten Started to [ut studff back where he thought it was meant to go.

When kay had finished hoovering, she returned it to its owner and came back with cleaning supplies. "If you dnt have a hoover, you wont have these ether." said Kay witha s hrug, before starting on teh bathroom after pretending to vomit at teh sight of it.

Morten grimaced "He's a single 23 year old, I don't think cleanings the top of my dad list of stuff to do"

"Its agood thing he has you then isn't it? or he'll never survive." called Kay from teh bathroom. She had started to try and scrub teh grime of teh floor.

"Mmhmm" said Morten, Rbbing his bruised eye. He checked the Cuboards and then his pockets "Hmph, I better go get some food, Theres litterally nothing"

Kay popped her head aruond teh edge of teh door that led to teh bathroom. "Do have enough money? you only just found enough money to get electricity." she said with an amused expression.

"Eh, I've ot about a tenner off mom, It'll be in my bedroom somewhere"

Kay raised an eyebrow. "To feed two hungrey boys? NOt enough."

Morten shrugged "It was meant to be for stuff if we went out anywhere, But since dad doesnt have a car...or anty parenting skills..."

Kay laughed before walking over to ehr bag and taking out a twenty pound note. Shr gave it to morten. "That should be enough." she said, returning to teh bathroom.

Morten shook his head "I can't take your money" he said "It's against all my rules"

"Its not charity. Buy me sommat nice whilst your there." said Kay, giving Morten a wink.

Morten smirked And Went into his bedroom, Trying to find something. He came out with a black hoodie with fuck the world emblazoned on the baack. He pulled the hood upnand looked at Kay "Cya"

"Cya." said Kay, glancing at him witha wave. She laughed when she saw the hoodie. "I'm not allowed hoodies." she said, lookking at his.

"heh, Mom doesnt know I got this one, She thinks its plain balck"

Kay grinned. "Wear it inside out?" said Kay, raising erh eyebrow. "Smart.. Now, shoo!"

He gave a fake salute and went out, He got down to the shops, Got Kay something and went to the checkout, trying to hide the fact he was only 9.

the shop assistant looked at teh boy. "Aren't you a little young to be doing this? " he asked, before adding. "Or are you Kaiens kid?"

Morten blinked and looked up "huh?"

the shop assistance grinned. "You are Kaiens kid aren't you? Sorry to scare you then. News travels fast, especially when something like Kaien having a kid gets out."

"How- WHy? How does everyone know about my dad?"

"Its a little difficult not too. your dad doesn't exactly hide his presence." said the shop assitant with a raised eyebrow, packing teh stuff in plastic bags.

Morten flushed "Yeah...well..." he stumbled "What do you mean?"

"When your father first moved in here at around eighteen, word was he had been left by some chick, and all night and msot of teh day he threw wild partys, full of everything taht god would be hoorified at. ventually, thats topped and he just became a grumpy git all teh time. Stomping every where, hating it when people talked to him. He got a job lifting stuff in teh back of this shop, which is his perfect job cos he doesn';t have to listen to anybody or talk to anybody, yet he uses his amazing strength."
